The Many Different Faces of...

Well, I’m back from vacation, and I hadthemost amazing time! I visited the canals in Venice Beach, posed with wax versions of celebrities, met some friends for lunch in Beverly Hills and even took a quick trip to Disneyland! And that was just the L.A. portion…Mexico brought more sunshine, $1 margaritas (no lie) and I even got caught in my very first tropical storm!

But us actors know, that even on vacation you can’t forget to continue to work on our craft. Being in a new city is the perfect opportunity to people watch and keep on studying human behaviour…and staying up to date on film magazines makes perfect plane reading material.

And if you’re lucky, like I am, you’ll even have an opportunity to make use of your mask, try on different facial expressions, stretch your expressive muscles. I was fortunate to have an opportunity to try on the many different “Faces of Taylor” with a coach that I met up with in Las Caletas in Mexico. It was a very comfortable setting, (we met in the shallow parts of the Pacific), and together my coach, Mara, and I went through the exercises. Check out the pictures below!

We’re pretty good friends now…and if you’re looking for an acting coach in Mexico, let me know…I’ll give Mara a call ;)
